Business Payments: Update your Account Information

“My profile” in the upper right corner contains “Settings” and “Account” options.

By going to your account you will be redirected to a page where you can add more accounting companies and PayPal/Stripe accounts. Manage them in your sales transactions for different types of payments.

Choose a payment system you would like to sync transactions from by following this example:


Choose an accounting company for the transactions to be imported to by following this example:



The number of accounting companies and payment systems you can add is unlimited

On the left side menu bar you can always find the number of transactions you have left.

You can see all subscriptions available and subscribe to the one that fits you most in your account



Setting up Notification frequency in app


Business Payments will send you emails, notifying about any received transaction and finished synchronizations.
If you don’t want to receive any emails you can turn off this feature. To do that go to my profile in the upper right corner, choose settings, then click on Account tab and disable the notification of any activities feature. Scroll down and click on update, to send the changes.


If you still want to receive the notifications you may choose the frequency of the emails:

  • as soon as possible,
  • daily,
  • weekly
  • monthly.


To do that, enable the feature “Notify about the app activity” after this you will see the tab Notification frequency, choose the frequency you would like and update the changes.
