No need to change or delete information in your QuickBooks Online account manually. Use Business Importer.
If you want to update information in imported Customers, Employees, Vendors, Bills, Invoices, SalesReceipts, Checks, Expences and CredictCard lists, just change the information inside your Excel, create a new column and name it “Update” and write “true” if you need the information to be updated.
And start new import. All information will be updated in your QuickBooks Online account.
